Primary responsibilities for a Customer Service Agent include computerized passenger check-in and boarding, assisting customers with special needs and changing customer flight itineraries and seat assignments as necessary.
Primary responsibilities for a Ramp Agent include loading/unloading bags on to/off of aircraft, operating motorized service vehicles on the ramp and servicing aircraft.
