Flight Attendants

Our Flight Attendants work to ensure each and every passenger enjoys a safe and pleasant flight on Piedmont Airlines. Flight attendants are trained professionals who assist with boarding and deplaning, announcements, safety regulations and emergency procedures. Qualifications

  • 21 years of age at the time of the interview.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and valid passport.
  • Applicants should be at least 5’2” tall and no taller than 6'0".
  • Applicants must successfully complete a background check, FBI fingerprint check, and a drug screening and have no DUIs in the past five years.
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.
  • Should possess previous customer service experience and appear neat and professional.
  • Must be able to work all days and hours of the week, including holidays.
  • May not have visible tattoos or body piercings. Tattoos cannot be visible on the face, neck, arms, hands, feet or legs below the knee.
  • Flight Attendants must be willing to be away from home two to four nights per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be willing to relocate to one of our crew bases in Philadelphia, Pa. (PHL); Harrisburg, Pa. (MDT); Salisbury/Ocean City, Md. (SBY); or Roanoke, Va. (ROA).
  • Preferred applicants possess at least a two year degree.
