Piedmont Airlines is being recognized for providing excellent customer service at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), Eppley Airfield Airport (OMA) and Stewart International Airport (SWF). The three locations were awarded the American Airlines Customer Cup, a friendly competition every quarter that encourages all employees to create a better experience for customers. PHL, OMA and SWF excelled in on time departures, turn times, baggage rates, customer feedback and overall satisfaction.
“Piedmont employees helped make an amazing year over year performance improvement possible for the PHL Hub and we are very proud of what they accomplished,” said Eric Morgan, vice president of customer service. “OMA and SWF have both been consistent good performers and it is exciting to see them earn the top spot in their respective categories this time. As a department, this is our best representation since we began participating in the Customer Cup and we are ‘Piedmont Proud’ of what PHL, OMA and SWF have achieved.”
