Flight Attendants

Our flight attendants work to ensure each and every passenger enjoys a safe and pleasant flight on Piedmont Airlines. Flight attendants are trained professionals who assist with boarding and deplaning, announcements, safety regulations and emergency procedures.   • 21 years of age at the time of the interview
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and valid passport
  • Applicants should be at least 5’2” tall and no taller than 6'0"
  • Applicants must successfully complete a background check, FBI fingerprint check, and a drug screening and have no DUIs in the past five years
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds
  • Should possess previous customer service experience and appear neat and professional
  • Must be willing to work a schedule that includes early mornings, late nights, weekends and/or holidays
  • May not have visible tattoos or body piercings. Tattoos cannot be visible on the face, neck, arms, hands, feet or legs below the knee
  • Flight Attendants must be willing to be away from home two to four nights per week

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be willing to relocate to a crew base in Philadelphia, Pa. (PHL) or Charlotte, N.C. (CLT).
  • Preferred applicants possess at least a two-year degree
