The Foundation of Our Operation
Ground Handling refers to a wide range of services that prepare aircraft for boarding and take off. These essential services are performed by Ramp Agents and other specialized team members who consistently maintain safety and operational standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
Ramp Agents work outdoors in a fast-paced airport environment. They handle luggage, load/unload aircraft, service and clean aircraft, operate ground support equipment (GSE), marshal aircraft, assist passengers and perform other duties as assigned.
