Surprise Medical Billing Disclosure Link

The No Surprises Act (NSA), a component of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, includes a requirement that group health plans provide a notice describing participants’ rights and protections regarding surprise medical bills.  The Surprise Medical Billing Disclosure for Piedmont Airlines Medical Plan can be found here.
