Operational Control Center opportunities at Piedmont

Join Piedmont in the heart of the operation as a Dispatcher or Scheduler in Salisbury, Maryland.

Dispatch

Dispatchers at Piedmont are responsible for planning and monitoring the journeys of our aircraft, and for advising the flight crew of any circumstances that might affect flight safety. This important position requires an FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate and excellent communication and computer skills.

Dispatch Benefits:

  • 4 day weeks
  • Travel on jump seat
  • Relocation package: $2,500 or 30 nights in a hotel

Dispatcher Trainee Program

Apply to Piedmont’s new dispatch trainee program and your training and testing will be covered. Once you obtain your Dispatch certificate, you’re guaranteed a job at Piedmont and receive the highest dispatcher pay of any regional carrier starting at $23/hour.

Scheduling

Crew Schedulers are an essential part of the Piedmont operation. They ensure that all of our almost daily 400 flights have the required crew (pilot and flight attendant) and depart on-time. Crew Schedulers also provide support to the crewmembers and ensure compliance with regulations and union contracts. This position is a great fit for applicants with problem solving, computer and communication skills.

Operations Location

Scheduling and Dispatch positions operate out of Piedmont’s corporate headquarters in Salisbury, Maryland, a coastal college town located within a couple hours’ drive from Baltimore and Philadelphia.
