Ramp Agents handle luggage, service and clean planes, and marshal aircraft in a fast-paced airport environment. Gate Agents provide front-line customer service to passengers in the boarding area through assistance with special requests and needs. Cross-Trained Agents can perform the duties of both, gaining experience in delivering safe and reliable service.
