Here’s what you can look forward to when you join Piedmont’s Dispatch Trainee Program:

• Paid dispatcher training and certification: Piedmont covers all costs for the six-week Dispatch certification course, conducted by Jeppesen Academy, including testing fees.
• Industry-leading pay: Start at $23.93/hour – the highest dispatcher pay in the regional industry.
• Guaranteed job: Once you obtain your Dispatch certificate, you’ll transition into a full-time Piedmont Dispatcher and begin your on-the-job training.
• Flexible schedule: Piedmont Dispatchers work a four-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with AM and PM shifts.
