Piedmont’s recruiting team will be hosting 2-hour virtual information sessions to give an overview of the Ramp Agent positions we are hiring for at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA).

Ramp Agents play a critical role in providing excellent customer service by helping to ensure our customers arrive and depart safely and on-time with their luggage. In addition, the role these team members play is vital to the success of the day to day operation at Piedmont and American Airlines. Our agents must be flexible and have availability to work all shifts, all days. Minimum age requirement is 18 and one must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. A valid driver’s license with minimal infractions is necessary. During work shifts, team members are expected to represent Piedmont’s professional and positive image at all times by maintaining a professional appearance and brining a positive attitude. Ramp agents work in varied weather conditions outdoors and in a fast paced airport environment.
