We'll show you how your experience puts you on a fast path to American Airlines.

Attend a flight school to reach your 750 TT hours

We’ll look at your military experience and current hours, then pair you with a partner school where you can earn your remaining hours.
Benefits: Tuition assistance through the GI Bill and Piedmont

Begin ground school with Piedmont

Receive a signing bonus as you continue your training with us.
Benefits: $18,000 signing bonus

Become a Piedmont First Officer

Make $50/hour, and enjoy our health and retirement benefits as you earn more experience in the cockpit.

Upgrade to Captain and flow through to American Airlines

When you upgrade to captain at 1000/121 hours and 2500 TT, you’ll be making $76/hour. You’ll also be in line to flow through to American Airlines, based on seniority.
