As Women’s History Month comes to a close, the video below showcases some of the fantastic women who define our company. Women only make up 30% of the workforce in the aviation industry. At Piedmont, we acknowledge this gap and had the opportunity to speak with many women across different departments about their experiences as women working in aviation.
