Employee Resource Groups

At Piedmont Airlines, we recognize the power of encouraging and supporting all team members. Our company fosters a culture focusing on care, compliance, and communication. This drives us to continually grow and make an impact, benefiting our team members and their communities. Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups. They foster a diverse workplace aligned with organizational mission and values. Our team members represent people from all walks of life and backgrounds, and we welcome their diverse perspectives and experiences.
