Employee Resource Groups

As we continue to work toward our Company mission of creating a culture of caring, compliance and communication, Piedmont recognizes the power of encouraging inclusive work spaces. By supporting and promoting the talents of a diverse team of aviation professionals, we further enrich Piedmont’s culture and make positive differences in the lives of our team members and in our communities through Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).

ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups that foster a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with organizational mission, values, goals, business practices, and objectives. ERGs foster an inclusive workspace, encouraging team members to come to work as their authentic selves. Other benefits include the development of future leaders, increased employee engagement and expanded marketplace reach. Establishing organized ERGs allows Piedmont team members to create a positive workplace culture where people from all backgrounds, lifestyles and abilities are respected, have equal rights and are given the opportunity to succeed.
