Employee Resource Groups
At Piedmont Airlines, we recognize the power of encouraging and supporting all team members. Our company fosters a culture focusing on care, compliance, and communication. This drives us to continually grow and make an impact, benefiting our team members and their communities. Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups. They foster a diverse workplace aligned with organizational mission and values. Our team members represent people from all walks of life and backgrounds, and we welcome their diverse perspectives and experiences.
Piedmont Employee Resource Groups: Asian-American and Pacific Islander, Black Professionals Network, Christian, Family Matters, Latin Diversity Network, Muslim, Pride, Professional Women in Aviation, Veterans/Military, Wellness Champions and Young Professionals Network
Benefits of joining an ERG include developing future leaders, increasing employee engagement, and expanding marketplace reach. ERGs provide awareness for action to team members willing to make a difference. As a company, it is important to cultivate a caring culture that respects each team member. Piedmont Airlines values diversity and inclusive work environments. Everyone has the opportunity to grow while being their authentic self.
