To facilitate future airline growth, Piedmont’s Dispatch department is launching a new flight dispatcher trainee program that will take the place of the Dispatch Scholarship Program. The Dispatch department is seeking to hire 10 dispatch trainees for their March class to be held at Piedmont’s headquarters in Salisbury, Maryland.

The Dispatcher Trainee program is open to all current Piedmont team members and external applicants in the Salisbury region. No experience is required. Applicants must be 23 years of age and successfully pass a drug and alcohol test and background check to be considered.

Piedmont recruiters will be hosting an informational open house at Piedmont’s headquarters located on 5443 Airport Terminal Road Salisbury, Maryland on February 11th, between 10 am – 2 pm. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the position and ask your questions. Interviews will be conducted on-site and applicants will receive a behind the scenes tour of the Operational Control Center to see the day to day of dispatchers.
