NEAR ENTRY CAPTAIN positions now available. New hire first officers with a minimum of 500 hours of 121 time, may be eligible to receive an additional bonus of $5k for their 121 time. The total bonus for a new-hire first officer who brings 500 hours or more of 121 time would be $23k (current $18k new hire bonus plus 121 bonus of $5k). 

DIRECT ENTRY CAPTAIN positions now available.  Pilots who meet all 121 captain requirements may be eligible to receive an industry and wholly-owned competitive DEC bonus. The additional DEC bonus would be $15,000 on top of the $18,000 new hire pilot bonus.

First Officer Compensation

  • $50/hour first year pay for first officers + per diem
  • 75 hours/month guaranteed

Time Off

Captain Upgrade

What Do I Need to Apply?

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1,500 hours of flight time, 50 hours of multi-engine time, 250 hours as Pilot in Command or meet requirements for Restricted ATP
  • Commercial Multi-engine certificate with an instrument rating, and an English Proficient Endorsement
  • Valid United States passport or a valid passport with authorization to work in the United States
  • FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • Current First Class Medical Certificate
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED


Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree from an accredited school
  • Current employment in a pilot position
